We do not offer Let only service however this is now part of our Rent Collection or Full Management Service

Let Only with Rent Collection
14.4% (including VAT) of the total rent payable during the tenancy

Fully Managed Service

18% (including VAT) of the total rent payable during the tenancy

Renewal Letting Fees

Same as above

Inventory

Sab Estate Agent uses a third-party company to carry out professional inventory.  Please enquire with us regarding the cost of Inventory check & check (Both to be paid by the landlord)

 

Additional Fees (all inclusive of VAT)

• Tenancy Set up Fee: £300.00

• Energy Performance Certificate: £95.00

• Additional Property Visits: £100.00 per visit

• Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR): £225.00

• Gas Safety Certificate: £90.00

Unpaid Rent / Returned Payments will be subject to interest at 4% above the Bank of England Base Rate from the date due
